Protecting the mind is a key goal of Shariah rulings. It is essential to provide guidance that addresses issues causing anxiety and mental stress. In today’s world, anxiety and mental stress significantly affect people’s mental, physical, and emotional health. Islamic teachings, especially the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), offer practical solutions to these challenges. The Prophet emphasises faith, patience, trust, prayer, remembering Allah, and gratitude. These practices play an important role in alleviating anxiety and stress. Showing patience during difficult times, trusting in Allah, and expressing feelings through prayer contribute to mental peace. Additionally, positive social interactions and kindness can further reduce stress. Psychologists agree that empathy and caring for others help lower anxiety levels. The Prophet’s life includes many examples of supporting those in need, which enhances mental well-being. The principles found in the Prophet's biography align closely with modern psychological strategies for managing stress. This research will explore how these social principles, drawn from the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH) and psychological insights, can effectively address today’s mental stress issues. By applying these methods, individuals can achieve greater mental peace, happiness, and success. The research will utilise various methods, including analytical and descriptive approaches.
