Primary sources include Torah, Mishnah, Talmud, Holy Bible, Code of Canon Law, Quran, Hadith, and classical books of Islamic Jurisprudence. Secondary sources include encyclopedias, academic journals, and other authentic books. The study reveals that Judaism has specific women property & right and specific legal context. But they have don’t completely follow the thoughts of Torah and Halakha (Jewish Jurisprudence) because of customary traditionally & law. Christianity accepts the legal dignity of women, but women's property rights has been revealed from Canon’s law and Roman law.
